MOTM: Freeze-Proof Plants

MOTM: Freeze-Proof Plants

Just because the temperatures are dropping, that doesn’t mean the leaves on your plants have to. From potted on your patio to planted in your garden, there are plenty of freeze-proof plants to bring life to the dead of winter.

SLHL Tip: Not sure if a plant will survive the season? Frost-resistant plants are indicated by their “hardiness rating” — a number that can be found on any plant tag. The lower the number, the more winter-tolerant the plant!
