At approximately 420 square feet, the large master bathroom presented a challenge in working within such a large space. It was important to designers Accent on Cabinets and Slavin Construction to not just fill the space with wall-to-wall cabinets. The homeowners wanted a bathroom that gave them the feeling of being on vacation. Inspiration was taken from both New York City and Paris. The Baccarat chandelier is elegant and set the tone for the space. Marble flooring is intricately placed for a feeling of sophistication. The Waterworks tub is positioned to make you feel as though you are bathing on a private terrace. Custom cabinets were designed as furniture pieces and not just cabinetry. A subtle glaze on the cabinetry brings in warm tones to blend with the rest of the fixtures in the bath. As you enter the bath, the doors were designed to fold into the walls making them part of the woodwork when opened. No detail was left out in designing this magnificent master bath.
Why the judges love it:
The tub area with the windows is absolutely gorgeous. The floor tile is amazing and well designed. We love the Parisian flair in this bath.
