Addressing uneven floor heights, removing soffits and tackling the lack of a toilet room were some of the main starting points for this bathroom renovation. Transforming a dated floor plan, Karr Bick Kitchen + Bath sought to create a functional and timeless space. To infuse character into the home, wainscoting was added throughout the bathroom up to the ceiling. This provided a backdrop for the mirrors and sconces and blends nicely with the floral wallpaper pattern along the walls. A large shower, soaking tub and separate toilet room were added with the designers needing to remove a window and use a crane to get the bathtub up to the second floor bathroom.
