Meet the esteemed panel of 2013 Baths of the Year Judges
Jeannie Brendel, Brendel Architects
Jeannette “Jeannie” Brendel is a registered architect licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. Jeannie graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Architectural Technology. In 1996, she founded Brendel Architects, LLC. Jeannie specializes in residential design and has extensive experience in various genres of architecture. Other areas of practice include commercial and industrial. 

Garison Salinas, Garrison, LTD.
With more than 30 years of combined experience in the Americas’ construction markets and USA interior design industry, Garison Salinas has fashioned the interiors and exteriors of premium homes, new construction luxury developments, luxury apartments and specialty commercial businesses. Garison has developed into a strong European lifestyle designer in his development of one-of-a- kind timeless, stress free and luxury spaces. Garrison’s design goal is to develop a unique space that never reflects his touch and instead allows his clients to add their own personal passions.

Mike Beck, Beck/Allen Cabinetry
Over 15 years ago, armed with their extensive knowledge of the design and construction process, Mike Beck and business partner Lee Allen opened Beck/Allen Cabinetry. Today, with over 20 employees, Mike leads a team of designers and operates two showrooms while remaining a full-time designer serving homeowners, remodelers and homebuilders.
*Mike did not judge category 4, more than 250 sq. feet, because he provided the cabinetry for one of the submissions.

Robin Bretz, The Jeweled Cottage
Robin Bretz is the owner of The Jeweled Cottage in Glendale. She has been a kitchen and bath designer for 11 years. A member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, Robin believes that design is all about the details. In addition to designing kitchens and baths, Robin also designs home offices, closets, wet bars, butler’s pantries and more. Robin is especially interested in repurposing outdated/obsolete spaces into functionally beautiful spaces that make her clients feel peace.
